We know when you place an online order, you want it fast. So we process and ship 99% of our orders the same day, Monday-Friday. Most US based customers receive their order in around 2-3 days.

Once your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us here, and we will get it re-sent to you. 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EST ship the same day.

Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2pm EST ship the next day.

Orders placed Friday after 3pm EST, Saturday & Sunday ship first thing Monday morning.

When upgrading to Priority Mail 1-3 day shipment, please note the mail time starts from the time the order is processed and shipped. Not from the time your order was placed.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have changed your mind about using a product, and would like to return or exchange any unopened items, you have 60 days to request a refund. The period begins from the date your product is delivered. Please email us before returning any products, so we can start your return or exchange process. Return shipping costs are non refundable.
