Start with the Gentle Facial Cleanser. Work into a lather and smooth over moistened face with gentle circular motions. Rinse off with lukewarm water. Pat dry. Follow by massaging the Acne Clarifying Cream into affected areas of the skin. Use both topical products morning and night for best results.
The TrueClear Supplement capsules can be taken all at once or split up throughout the day. For occasional breakouts or mild acne, we suggest taking 1-2 capsules daily. For moderate to severe acne, we suggest taking 3 capsules daily. If you have trouble swallowing pills, the capsule can also be broken apart and the contents can be mixed with your food or drink.
